Methanol Generator

The methanol internal combustion engine power generation module consists of a methanol tank, a methanol internal combustion engine, an AC generator, an AC/DC rectifier, a radiator, a lubrication system, etc. Similar to a diesel generator, the methanol internal combustion engine power generation module uses methanol as an energy source. Through the Carnot cycle of the internal combustion engine, it drives the crankshaft connecting rod, outputs power, and drives the generator connected to the main shaft. The generated electricity is three-phase AC 380V. The 380V AC is rectified and the output is controlled to be a rated DC of 336VDC.

The efficiency of the power generation module is 30%-40%, and the conversion efficiency of the AC rectifier AC/DC is as high as 95%-98%, ensuring efficient use of energy and providing stable DC voltage output (280V-420V adjustable).
